Position: Head of Accounting

1. In charge of capital management, accounting and cash flow.
2. Make sure the daily capital smooth running upon requirement.
3. Directly contact with the financial department, Inland Revenue and banking department, and know the domestic financial tendency well.
4. Sort out budget programming and budget control.
5. Examine and verify original financial document, such as expenses，cost and reimbursement. Provide the decision making committee comprehensive financial report and analysis upon requirement.
6. Put up various measures to cut expenditure and raise revenue.

Requirement:
1. More than 5 years accounting experiences, and more than 2 years accounting management experiences.
2. Specialize in financial field, and know well of national financial and tax laws and regulations.
3. Good at cost and risk managing and financial analyzing.
4. With the qualification of honesty, integrity, strong sense of responsibility, and good professional ethics.
5. Good at organization, coordination, communication and teamwork spirit, and can working under high pressure.
6. With certification of registered accountant; Proficiency with financial software.

负责公司财务政策和财务制度的实施和运转；负责做好资金管理，组织出纳员搞好会计核算及时做好资金回笼；保证日常合理开支需要的供给；负责与财政、税务、金融部门的联系，协助经理处理好与这些部门的联系，及时掌握财政、税务动向；协助收集整理预算编制、预算控制；做好资金预算的执行与控制事宜，确保公司利润指标的完成；审核公司的原始单据，对公司应付账款、费用报销进行审核；编制公司的记账凭证，登记会计账簿，办理日常的会计业务；向公司管理层提供各项财务报告和必要的财务分析；向公司决策层提供开源节流等方面的建议。

职位要求：
1. 5年以上财务工作经验，2年以上财务管理经验；
2. 具有全面的财务专业知识、财务处理及财务管理经验，精通国家财税法律规范；
3. 较强的成本管理、风险控制和财务分析的能力；
4. 为人正直、诚信廉洁、责任心强、作风严谨、有良好的职业道德；
5. 良好的组织、协调、沟通能力和团队协作精神，能承受较大工作压力；
6. 有注册会计师资格者优先； 熟悉财务软件。
