Job Description - Garment QC

1.Preparing for production

- Hold meeting before production in factory

- Make production plan together with factory to ensure the delivery date

- Help garment factory understand and abide to our requirements on each project

- Give a summary and correction plan for all the mistakes made before proto sample

- Point out the important points that the factory should watch out during production

2.Products inspection and quality control

- Check samples and hand up comments

- Provide suppliers with suggestion and support on improvement of workmanship

- Conduct periodic on-site inspection and hand up inspection report to secure the bulk production quality

- Conduct intern final inspection and hand up inspection plan before the products are delivered to customer's inspection centre

- Accompany final IC inspection

- Get all the related information for every project filed

3. Following up production and production process

- Hand up weekly production status and weekly production plan

- Solve prompt problems during production in garment factory to ensure smooth and efficient process

Qualification

1. Over 3 years QC working experience in the area of outdoor wear with AND without seam taping

2. Familiar with production process, workmanship, fabrics (functional and un-functional) and packing in the area of outdoor wear

3. Good communication skills and team work spirit

4. Can understand related working materials in English and write reports in English

5. Is ready for frequent business trip between factories

2.产品检验和质量控制

- 检验样品，给出意见

- 给工厂提出工艺改进建议和支持

- 定期去工厂进行检验，并提交检验报告，以保证大货质量

- 产品送到客户质检中心之前进行尾期检验并提交报告

- 客户质检中心送检

- 整理和归档每个订单的相关信息

3. 生产及生产进度跟进

- 提交每周生产进度和每周生产计划

- 解决工厂在生产中的突发问题，以保证生产能顺利有效进行

职位要求

1. 3年以上户外运动服装（压胶类和非压胶类）领域的 QC工作经验

2. 熟悉户外运动服装的产品流程，工艺，面料（功能性和非功能性）以及包装

3. 良好的沟通技巧和团队合作意识

4. 能看懂相关英文资料和撰写英文报告

5. 愿意频繁去各工厂出差
