Maintain the quality system, execute internal and external quality audits with the objective of ensuring Deutsch

Shanghai's quality system meet customers and external agencies' standards within corporate headquarter quality systems, policies andprocedures, relevant local regulations and quality superior's supervision.

Quality System, Policies and Procedures
Enhance the implementation of global QS System within the team; establish, update and maintain the quality procedures;and support the document control activities in order to provide working guidelines for employees; ensure that local

procedures are in line with corporate guidelines; and maintain system-related procedures/documentations.

Quality Measurements
Appraise the effectiveness of quality system, collect quality measurements; follow up corrective and preventive

actions; set the plan for applying new Quality System Certificate per business requirement in order to ensure FOBU

Shanghai's quality system meets corporate headquarters, customers and quality agencies' quality standards.

Internal Quality Audit
Prepare internal audit plan; assign tasks according to the checklist; execute the audit process; evaluate the

effectiveness of the corrective and preventive actions in order to ensuring the quality system continued suitability

and effectiveness.

External Audit
Prepare the related information according to customer or quality agencies audit needs; coordinate the external audit

process; feedback action plans to external parties base on the report findings in order to pass customer audit or

obtain the Quality System Certifications.

Document Control
Support system operation on ECR/ECN as internal coordinator and monitor its implementation in order to ensuring

engineering change would be fully complied.

Ethics and Social Responsibility
Comply with the related policy and if find the problem, report it on time.
Education, Technical Qualification & Experience

College degree
Minimum 1 year Quality System working experience
Certified ISO9001 internal auditor is must
Certified TL9000 internal auditor is preferred
To be familiar with ISO14000 environmental management system standard, direct identification of environmental

aspects and controlled method of important environmental aspects is reasonable (complying with requirements of

national laws and regulations.)
