Support the Buyer to develop import from China to Canada in order to achieve on-time delivery with right quality and right conditions in line with RONA values & policies.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assure coordination and communication between suppliers, Quality Control,Buyer and Canadian Head Office.

- Follow-up on orders from Canadian headquarters and keep Head of Buyer and buyers informed of order status

- Coordinate orders with factories and Canadian Head Office.

- Monitor factory production planning and ensure on-time delivery

- Insure communication with in-house department

Requirements:

- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English is mostly required

- Trade background or experience in international trading

- Service, results-oriented and team worker

- Rigorous, very well organized and analytical

- High sense of ethics and integrity, dynamic and honest, dedicated, responsible, diligent, systematic and initiative

- Willing to undertake the pressure

Shanghai Rona Trading Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of RONA Inc. was established in 2009. The office’s role is to select the best assortment and source it at the best condition in China, including:
- Products sourcing
- Negotiation: vendors agreement
- Order follow up
- Increase in direct imports by leveraging Shanghai office
