RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and follow up promotional orders directly with suppliers, and ensure full compliance with terms and conditions specified in the respective purchase orders.
- Evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality service and stock rotation for stores, and notify merchandiser when intervention is necessary.
- Coordinate purchase orders with Canadian Head Office and Chinese factories
- Monitor raw material & production schedule for each Purchase Orders
- Perform all other job-related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:
- College/University degree in operational research, operations management, engineering or other relevant discipline
- Bilingual in English and French will be a plus(spoken and written)
- Good business sense
- More than 2 years' relevant experience, preferably in operations management or supply
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Analytical skill
- Able to work with multiple partners
- Able to work alone or as part of a team
- Good judgment and decision-making ability
- Honest, trustworthy, professional, motivated
- At ease in a changing environment
- Knowledge of retail trade and/or distribution an asset

- Products sourcing
- Negotiation: vendors agreement
- Order follow up
- Increase in direct imports by leveraging Shanghai office
