在世界各地，人们开始关注到安全无害的耕作是食品安全的重要环节，特别是在中国，有着许多有关食品安全的丑闻更是令人担忧。这一切都是因为缺乏采购过程的透明度以及缺少可靠的供应商。这就是为什么悦衡食集经营了自己的农场，在那里所有的农产品都是安全无毒的成长，为了您吃的健康坚持不使用化学药品。我们目前有着4个自有农场，并不断寻找更多。衡悦食集的宗旨简单明瞭，藉由建立一个场所可以使人们他们自在舒适和自信的用餐及消费，来达到中国食品体系的积极变化。为了实现这一目标，我们致力于召集一群志同道合的伙伴。

工作内容

我们正在寻找一个充满对食品充满热情的人，愿意为世界带来一个正面的影响，尤其是食品的世界。此人必须有优秀的人际关系技巧与相关经验的工作来管理一个团队的人。他或她必须是雄心勃勃，并能和公司快速的成长，因为我们将迅速的展店。
营运经理将负责所有前端的内部营运，其中包括从采购，销售，客户服务，员工发展到每天的日常营运。此人必须确保一切营运顺利，并为工作人员定下工作准则。在衡悦食集，我们强调服务质量并没有最好只有更好。我们希望能为消费者带来宾至如归的消费体验，并在任何时候都觉得被受欢迎。这需要店经理及营运经理来准确的执行员工的培训。此外，店经理/营运经理还需要投入员工聘用活动来积极地寻找理想的员工。他或她需要根据衡悦食集管理团队的要求，来实施相应的培训计划。这包括从具体的制定一套标准的操作程序来作为店内工作人员的行为准则。在悦衡食集我们坚持保持饥饿的学习之心，也就是说我们在不断地发展和完善，因为总有东西要学习，总可以把事情做得更好。

Location / Operations Manager

Context

All around the world, there is a growing concern with safe farming practices and the food industry as a whole. This is especially the case in China, where food scandals are prevalent and worries run high. All of this is greatly fueled by a lack of transparency in the sourcing process and a shortage of reliable vendors. This is why Hunter Gatherer has invested in our own farms, where all produce is grown responsibly and without the use of chemicals. We have a total of 4 farms at the moment and are continuously hunting for more.

Our mission is simple, to effect positive change in the Chinese food system by creating a place where people feel comfortable and confident in what they eat and buy. In order to achieve this, we strive to assemble a group of like-minded people.

Job Description

We are searching for a passionate individual who wants to make a positive impact in the world, especially the world of food. This person must have excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with and managing a team of people. He or she must be ambitious and looking for a company to grow with quickly, because we plan to expand fast.

The location manager is in charge of all front-of-house operations, which includes everything from merchandising, sales, customer service, and staff development to all day-to-day functions. This person must ensure that everything runs smoothly and set the tone for how the staff must operate.

At Hunter Gatherer, we emphasize service quality to no end. The consumer must feel at home and welcomed at all times. This comes down to excellent staff training, which the location manager is charged with conducting. Additionally, the location manager will have active input on staff hiring. He or she is expected to design a training program according to the requirements of the Hunter Gatherer management team and implement accordingly. This includes everything from specific SOPs to behavioral guidelines for the store staff.

This candidate should have a keen interest in the entire business, which means he or she is expected to think independently and suggest ideas to increase the overall success of the company. At Hunter Gatherer we stay hungry, which means we are constantly evolving and improving because there are always things to learn and ways to do things better.
