Responsibilities:

§ Daily helpdesk user supporting, include hardware and software.
§ Execute daily monitoring of backup tasks. Re-schedule to address contingencies. Troubleshoot
§ Execute backup jobs as IT policy, Symantec BE
§ Ensure backup duplicated in off-site location successfully
§ Action the quarterly schedule for all types of backups to ensure DR availability
§ Daily server room checking and logs
§ Monitor and control the environment and access to the data centers
§ In the case of server failure, restore the backup server with all required configuration
§ Liaise with hardware and software suppliers to resolve issues
§ Execute and monitor change control processes
§ Monitor and control servers, storage networks and storage infrastructure
§ Implement repairs, replacements and upgrades. Minimize down-time
§ Execute proactive fault-finding, fault-prevention and environmental control for servers and storage logs
§ Monitor and control IP addresses for servers and Cisco switch VLANs
§ Coordinate supplies and activities with server and storage support partner for support-related issues and achieve resolution
§ Test and update the firmware of servers and storage hardware
§ Liaise closely with departments to determine shut-down timetable and priorities.


Requirements:

1.3 years IT infra work experience, deeply understand about LAN, WAN, WLAN network structure and equipment. Hands on capability to diagnose and resolve general hardware/software issue.., such as cable jobs, DR jobs, end users daily supporting, IT project delivery.
2.Experienced about PBX system basic level maintanence.
3.Experienced about MS Exchange admin.
4.Have to deeply understand WINDOW domian configuration and security control.
5.ITIL or/and MCSE certificated should be big prefer.
6.Understand project management or business analysis concept should be plus but not necessary.
7.Active ,team work spirit, good communication skill.
8.Good English both on oral and writing.
9.Westen company work experience or work under SOX environment should be plus but not necessary.
