Responsibility:

• is responsible for the achievement of the yearly sales budget of the medical division
• evaluates the yearly sales budget and 3-years plan of the medical division
• be responsible for yearly sales budget of medical section: compiling, guiding and completing.
• manage the sales team of medical division and help the team members to reach their sales budget.
• persistently develop and extend business in reasonable and healthy mode following the company entire business plan.
• collaborate with Marketing manager of medical section to establish a powerful, aggressive and professional brand name and company image.
• monitor, control and maintain the medical team cost budget and remain it expensed in a reasonable and balaced mode.
• team building. coach and guide the sale team in right way.

Qualification:

• at least 6 years sales working experience in comparable sales fields with 3 years sales management experience.
• good morality, strong minded and self-motivated
• communicative and open personality
• analytical, performance- and entrepreneurial-oriented thinking and acting
• self-consistent, proactive, assertive and able to motivate people
• good team-player,
• medical, nursing, biomedical-engeering, biochemistry or chemistry education background,
• fluent english speaking and writing.
