职位描述
一、EHS体系维护和运行工作内容：Maintenance and operating EHS system
1.根据国家和地方相关法律、法规和标准，协助部门实施整个公司的环境、健康和安全管理工作。
According to the national and local laws, regulations and standards, assist the departments in the implementation of entire firm's environmental, health and safety management work.
2.负责组织内各部门之间的EHS信息沟通，协调部门之间的一些活动。
Communicate information and coordinate some activities among departments inside Operation department.
3.配合项目小组对新项目的安全和环保做评估等。
Cooperate with project team to evaluate the safety and the effect on environment of new project and etc.
4.对于组织内的运营活动进行环境因素识别。
Identify environmental factors for the operational activities within the Organization.
5.报告每月安全状况；
Report the safety situation of the company every month.
二、现场日常EHS检查和监督：Routine inspection and supervision of on-site EHS
1.监督检查现场的安全生产工作，及时纠正或协调解决现场的不安全行为和不安全状态。
Inspect the production safety , and coordinate the resolution of the scene promptly, correct unsafe acts and unsafe condition.
2.开展EHS日常工作，检查生产现场的安全；
Be responsible to carry out daily EHS activity which includes checking the safety situation on the spot.
3.检查生产一线员工劳防用品的佩戴是否符合规定；
Checking if operators wear correct personal protection things.
4.检查生产现场急救箱的配置；
Checking the allocation of first-aid kits.
5.查找设备安全隐患；
Seeking the potential trouble of equipments.
6.评价作业现场的可预见的风险,制定相对应安全措施并监督实施。
Assess the estimated risk on site, provide the method and supervise the implementation for safety measurement.
7.执行现场高风险作业管控措施并提供EHS技术支持。
Perform high-risk operations on site control and provide EHS technical support.
8.配置和发放项目相关的劳动防护用品。
Configure and distribute related labor protection products.
9.其他公司EHS管理体系要求在现场的执行。
Other companies EHS management system requirements to perform in the field.
三、应急管理工作内容：Emergency management working
1.建立现场EHS管理团队和应急队伍。
Establish site EHS management team and emergency teams.
2.制订安全大纲。制订灭火和急救演习的年度计划并组织实施。
Map out the general guideline of safety. Make an annual plan of fire fighting and first-aid drills, and organize all staffs to carry it out.
3.发生事故时，执行应急救援流程，并根据事故调查流程进行事故调查。
When accidents happened, perform emergency rescue procedures, and make the accident investigation on the bases of the accident investigation process.
4.负责所有事故报告的存档。收到生产部门填写的事故报告后，判断是否属于安全事故。如果是安全事故，按照安全事故流程处理。如果发生严重安全事故，接到报告后应在第一时间赶到现场，向经理报告，封锁现场，处置伤员，拍照，收集相关信息以及在规定的时间内向总经理和当地政府报告。调查事故原因，撰写事故调查报告，并采取相应的预防措施，避免类似事故的再次发生。
Be responsible for archiving all incident reports. Upon receiving an incident report given by the production department, first judge if it is a safety incident. If yes, deal with it according to the safety incident procedure. If some serious safety incident happens, EHS manager and EHS engineer shall arrive at the spot as quickly as possible, reporting it to Plant manager, closing off the spot, treating the wounded person, taking photos, collecting relative information and reporting it to the headquarters and local government in prescribed time. Investigate the reason of the safety incident. Write the incident investigation report and take relative preventive measures to avoid similar incident happening again.
四、EHS培训教材编制EHS training Materials
1.负责新员工的入厂安全培训（三级教育）。
Conduct 3-levels safety training for new employee.
2.对现场所有员工及供应商进行相应的EHS培训。
Take EHS training to all on-site employees and suppliers.
五、对外EHS事务 Forgeign EHS Affairs
1.执行EHS体系和过程审核，组织和准备第二方、第三方的EHS审核
Execute EHS system and process audit, organize and prepare second and the third party audit of EHS
2.分析各类审核问题，协调措施制定，执行审核问题措施验证
Analysis of various types of audit problems coordinate to take actions and verify the effect
3.负责EHS方面与外部的沟通和协调。
Be responsible for the communication and coordination with outside party on EHS issues.
4.保持与客户有关EHS工作的良好沟通，及时整改或协调解决客户提出的问题。
Good communication with customers and timely corrective or coordinate solving the problems raised by customers.
5.对客户安全管理制度收集，并组织学习、传达、培训的职责。
Collect the safety management system from customers, and make the organizational learning, communication, trainings.
六、其他部门经理安排的工作。

Be familiar with mechanical machining process and have rich practical experience also.
（◆）具备化学品安全、EHS风险识别、HAZOP和事故原因分析等基本技能。
Have a chemical safety risk identification, EHS, HAZOP and the cause of the accident analysis and
other basic skills.
（★）接受过ISO9001的培训。
Has taken training on ISO9001.
（◆）接受过TS16949、ISO14000以及OHSAS18000的培训，具备内审员资格。
Has taken training on TS16949, ISO14000 and OHSAS18000 and has obtained the qualification of internal auditor.
（★）熟悉中国和上海市环保、安全方面的法律、法规。
Familiar with environment and safety law of China and Shanghai.
（★）计算机技能，包括Excel, PowerPoint 和 Word。

4. 经验 Experience
（★）5年以上外资制造厂EHS工程师工作经验。
Over 5 years experience as EHS engineer in MNC (plant)
（★）具有注册安全工程师证优先。

三、应急管理工作内容：Emergency management working
