职位描述

Major/Key responsibilities
? Establish dealer development target and plan according to OEM cooperation status, finance environment, auto sales, existing network and coverage, etc.
? Collect marketing and industry information, seek cooperation and provide feasibility report
? Responsible for business introduction, negotiation and other BD tasks on behalf of the company with new cooperative counterparts
? Maintain good relationship with OEM and dealers, listen to OEM and dealer’s suggestion and advice
? Provide necessary training to OEM and dealer’s management team and staff, such as business kickoff training, new product training and company policies & procedures
? Keep good relationship with marketing departments from auto manufactories

Educational and Qualification Requirements
? Bachelor degree or above
? One year or above working experience in business development
? Familiar with business negotiation, marketing and channel management
? Process and result oriented, consistently cares quality and accuracy and order
? Strong expression, quick reaction, good communication and team spirit
? Good presentation skills
