Missions

· Execute design of new, modified or alternative parts and products.

· Contribute to realisation of new concepts.

· Follow procedures to assure designs are optimised for performance, reliability and cost by use of procedures such as FMEA.

· Procure and follow the realization of equipment’s from concept to delivery

· Coordinate with relevant customers (internal or external) and suppliers to understand reach project targets of safety, quality, timing, cost and delivery

· Responsible and guarantee the delivery and quality for the project under his responsibility

Main Responsibilities

· Responsible for asigned engineering issues for a project. Such as layout, process design, cycle time analysis, 3d/2d design, FEA, technical Spec., release RFQ.

· Technical communication with customer. Satisfy customer with good engineering performance.

· Estimate the design hours and maintain control of progress.

· Achieve machine realization (mechanical and fluid) quality according to customer specification.

· Be able to provide good, cost saving technical solution to solve the technical problems encountered in a project.

· Cooperate with PM and relevant departments and provide them with technical support.

· Technical support/instruction for manufacture, installation and debugging on site.

Requirements

· Bachelor degree or above major in mechanical engineering

· At least 3 years design experience of special purpose machines

· Willing to accept the challenge of engineering development

· Good English both in written and speaking.

· Be familiar with Autocad/Catia/Unigraphics/Office

· Good working attitude. Can work under the pressure and available for overtime when necessary.
