JOB OBJECTIVES:
implement, coordinate and follow up all company / site occupational health related activities, processes and procedures

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Implement, lead and control company occupational health and ensure the compliance with all legal and BASF internal requirements.

·Organization and management of an effective site medical service.

·Surveillance of all factors which may effect the health of employees.

·Participation in injury and disease prevention programs.

·Developing and maintaining health education programs.

·Conduct First-aid trainings.

·Emergency treatment of occupational injuries, intoxications or acute diseases.

·Employee health evaluations including medical surveillance examination.

·Coodination with medical authority and 3rd party.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor's degree or above(Clinical Medicine or Preventive Medicine)
2. 8+ years in hygiene or occupatinal health
3. Certificated of practice physician(issued by PRC Ministry of Health),
4. Good knowledge in mandatory procedures and requirements, excelent knowledge of related standards, codes as well as legal requirements,
5. good communication skills
