Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese Mandarin.
Knowledge of garment construction (Knit, Woven and Sweater) is necessary.
Strong collaborated skills in working with a team and a group of factories.
and the ability to coach, develop, motivate and improve performance of the teams.
Solid knowledge of industry QC initiatives.
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
Has knowledge of how to fit a garment.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities
Ability to influence and gain support from cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of garment testing standards and product compliance.
Daily inline and final inspection to be required at CK warehouse
Work in warehouse at Pudong GaoXiang Road near WaiGaoQiao
University graduate or above.
Minimum of 10 years working experience in Garment Industry and Quality
management
Occasional travel will be required
