DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Regional Customer Service Manager needs to support responsible dealers in order to meet corporate objectives in areas such as Revenue, Customer Satisfaction, Dealer profitability and dealer process in the responsible region.

Revenue & Profit:
1. Support dealers to achieve the revenue for accessories, parts, merchandise and other new business opportunities.
2. Responsible to achieve Regional P&A revenue objectives.
3. Closely monitor dealers’ performance and develop/implement support programs to achieve the business objectives.
4. Support yearly/quarterly/monthly budget & forecast and align with other related functions.
5. Responsible to generate the Customer Service business related reports.
6. Support dealer parts/accessories audit to ensure dealers are using genius parts/accessories

Retention & Customer Satisfaction
1. Support dealers to achieve CLP/NPS objectives.
2. Work with other functions to improve the dealers’ customer retention

Dealer Support
1. Support to set up dealer business objectives.
2. Support to review the dealer goodwill request.
3. Responsible to review/analysis/manage dealers overall Customer Service performance, including Finance Performance/working environment/Productivity/Efficiency/Effectiveness/Customer Satisfaction/Warranty &goodwill and request for relevant support from other function.
4. Single dealer daily Customer Service interface.
5. Support dealers to implement business process/program.
6. Manage the partnership relationship to create win-win situation.
7. New Dealer engagement.
8. Support local customer service dealer marketing activities

Brand Ambassador
1. Represents the company brand. Advocate the Loyal & Ethic dealer network

Dot Report
1. Work as team member of the regional team, dot report to area manager
2. Work together to support sales/marketing activities in region.
3. Keep team member informed in terms of daily operation and take advice from regional team for the daily business

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE / POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Results oriented with a determination to deliver upon commitments
2. A highly motivated, energetic and inspirational team leader
3. Empathetic with the ability to create, develop and manage a high performing team.
4. Ability to influence effectively while balancing a broad range of priorities with minimal supervision
5. Confident and out-going with exceptional networking, inter-personal and influencing skills, possessing advanced communication and presentational skills.
6. Analytical with the ability to interpret financial data and relate it to operational activity.
7. Possessing a strategic mindset with the ability to work with importers and dealers to develop, plan and implement a customer service strategy.
8. Process oriented with great attention to detail
9. Commercial experience, including the ability to construct a business case from detailed and varied inputs.
10. Engineering/Technical background preferred
11. Previous experience of working in a marketing environment
