DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for the mechanical design of the products
2. Coordinate and develop products from first design and development till the start of production
3. Provide technical support to current running products
4. Main interface to the customers for all technical related issues
5. Responsible for coordinating/planning all activities in the product development from conceptual preparation, documentation(sketches, setting up part list), cost calculation, CAD drawing, all technical specification, drawing documentation, design, prototype and sample assembly coordination, test and trial run support and engineering release from customers
6. Cooperate with all related department members for product localization program
7. Responsible for all the technical changes related to the products/documentation control

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE / POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Engineering Degree (Master Degree preferred) with specialization in design and precision engineering
2. At least 5 years work experience in the design and development of plastic & metal components and products
3. Knowledge of CAD system in 2D/3D is a prerequisite and CATIA is desirable but not essential
4. Familiar with characteristic of Feature D
5. Experience in tolerance and movement study
6. Good command of English

3. 为已经启动项目产品提供技术支持
4. 作为主要联系人就所有技术相关问题与客户沟通
5. 负责协调和计划产品机械开发相关工作，包括概念准备、文档(草图、设置部件列表)、成本计算、CAD绘图、所有技术规范、图纸文档、设计、原型和样品装配，测试和试运行，以及客户工程确认
6. 协调所有相关部门成员完成产品本地化项目
7. 负责所有与产品及文档管控相关的技术变更

任职要求：
1. 机械设计和精密工程相关专业本科及以上学历(硕士优先)
2. 至少3 - 5年塑料及金属部件和产品的设计经验
3. 精通2D/3D的CAD绘图，如有CATIA经验更佳
4. 熟悉汽车类产品安全特性（D特性）
5. 有公差和运动学应用经验
6. 良好的英语能力
