DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Topic expertise in China
1. Topic owner in change management, organization diagnosis, structure design, workforce planning, productivity enhancement and culture breeding at country level.
2. Analyze market trend and coordinate research on change management, organization diagnosis, structure design, workforce planning, productivities enhancement and culture breeding topics and methodology; build up contacts with external experts for knowledge transfer.
Consultant support to RGBs in organization development interventions
1. Provide consultant support to HR BP to install organization diagnosis, structure design, workforce planning, productivity enhancement and culture breeding related topics (methods, process, tools and workshops) in RGBs.
2. Support RGBs in planning and implementation on change management interventions on those topics.
Location level organization development competency build-up & network maintenance
1. Develop and implement training concept for HR BP on local change management, organization diagnosis, structure design, workforce planning, productivity enhancement and culture breeding.
2. Network with corporate departments working in the fields of organization diagnosis, structure design, workforce planning, productivity enhancement and culture breeding (e.g. C/HMO, OD GPO, C/HMA-AP and etc.)
3. Maintain network of change management experts in change management, organization diagnosis, structure design, workforce planning, productivity enhancement and culture breeding in China.
Organization development initiatives at country level
1. Conduct focused organization diagnosis at country level and propose improvement initiatives if needed.
2. Support and facilitate cross-division human capital development intervention from target setting as well as change planning to measures implementation and evaluation.
Strategic workforce planning & personnel productivity
1. CPE of SWP process at country level, responsible for process training to key user, planning result validation, country result consolidation and measures planning/follow-up.
2. Define country level personnel productivity KPIs, conduct regular personnel productivity internal and external benchmark, involve key stakeholder to develop country level measures to achieve higher productivity.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE / POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Master/Bachelor degree, with a focus on HR, organization & leadership development, consulting and change management.
2. >8-10 working experience, preferably in organizational development, change management, roll out new methods and tool, knowledge transfer and cross-BU project management.
3. Change management
4. Good interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
5. Consulting and coaching to key decision-makers
6. Designing and facilitating workshops in international context across hierarchy levels
7. Strong understanding on customers and market dynamics
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix organization
9. Balanced combination of conceptual thinking and operational management
10. Result driven and strong initiative, self-motivated and creative
11. Willingness to travel
12. Fluent in English
