职位描述

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Setup and continuously improve dealer inventory management mechanism
1. Thoroughly performs appropriate and necessary diagnostics to identify dealer inventory related problems
2. Develop dealer inventory strategy and tactics to improve dealer’s parts availability with the reasonable inventory level
3. Define complete playbook for dealer inventory management, incl. KPI & targets, rules, process, system and tools.
4. Regularly revise playbook to ensure best and most suitable practice is included.

? Dealer inventory management
1. Set up KPIs and targets for dealer inventory performance
2. Oversee the dealer inventory level and parts availability status.
3. Identify opportunities/ways to improve the dealer’s inventory management capability
4. Coach the dealers and improve their capability to order right parts with the right quantity at right time

? DPRS (Dealer Planning & Replenishment System) Enhancement
1. Understand DPRS functionality and logic
2. Continuously improve dealers’ practice with DPRS
3. Identify DPRS enhancement opportunity and coordinate with global system team for DPRS functionality optimization

? Dealer faced system enhancement
1. Lead dealer faced parts operation relevant systems’ improvement projects from business perspective, with the focus on parts supply chain functionality.

? Customer Service Management (Dealer faced customer service)
2. Overall responsible for customer service performance
3. Develop customer service development strategy for next 5 years to realize customer service as one trustworthy and professional focal contact for dealers to get help from OEM.
4. Diagnose and reshape customer service working process to ensure quality and timely service provided to dealers.
5. Manage 3rd party customer service team to deliver the result upon agreed service level
6. Continuously improve customer service process and working method

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE / POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above. Overseas education background will be a plus.
2. More than 5 years(equivalent) related experience in Auto industry or parts related industry
3. Solid experience in Inventory management, Planning and Supply Chain related filed
4. Strategic thinking and strong project management capability
5. Strong analytical skills, understanding of statistics
6. Ability to effectively influence and manage 3rd party team in complicated business environment.
7. Demonstrated problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
8. Solid interpersonal and communication skills
9. Experience with inventory management software systems/dealer management system
10. Fluent oral and written English and Mandarin.
