Senior Java Developer
Location: Beijing and Beijing
Responsibilities:
? Definition of Application-Architecture
? Document requirements and map business processes to IT-Solution
? Agile Development and Prototyping
? Ensure coding standards are met
? Ensure proper quality assurance
? Work closely with business stakeholders or Project Manager
? Perform analysis on issues and problems that have occurred with the systems and provide an appropriate solution
? Consult other team members and build them up
? Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
? Supervising application build, test, and deploy activities
? Working closely with Test Manager
Skills Requirements:
? Hands on experience in Java / J2EE
? Database Know-How e.g. MS SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle
? Knowledge in JSP, Eclipse IDE, and/or TomCat
? Knowledge in Design Patterns e.g. MVC
? Knowledge in web servers and applications server e.g. TomCat, JBoss
? Familiarity with UNIX commands and scripting, Ant, XML etc.
? Experience in Web Services
? Knowledge of any of the Java-Frameworks such as Struts, Java Server Faces and Spring
Personal Requirements:
? University Graduate in Computer Science or related discipline
? Strong communication skills in English, written & spoken
? Strong communication and organizational skills
? Ability to work well in multi-cultural environment
? Ability to work alone & unmanaged and to work as part of a team when required
? High motivation, sense of responsibility, self-discipline & willing to learn
