Job Purpose:
Sell product to Pipeline customers aligned with Functional strategy by promoting Powder Coatings to achieve the sales budget and increase market share.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the business strategy, segment plans in terms of objectives, volumes, revenue ect. to achieve the agreed sales target and profit objectives.
2. Build and maintain relationship with current and potential segment customers in various ways in accordance with policies to strengthen the competitive advantages
3. Explore and identify the segment market and to initiate penetration opportunities.
4. Assess customer requirements and advise on the most appropriate products, options and services to meet their needs and ensure products are used and to achieve the sales budget
5. Co-ordinate with internal departments in providing required product quality and services to customers within responsible sales segment.
6. Control and monitor collection to ensure customer payment is received within agreed term and to achieve budgeted day outstanding.
7. Maintain market awareness about competitor activities and strategically plan, market needs and trends, customer satisfaction and complaints to keep advantage.
8. Have excellent relationships and contacts within the industry and can leverage them when necessary
Requirements:
1. Above college/bachelor degree
2. 4-6 years’ related sales and marketing experience
3. Good communication skills in Chinese and English, both oral and written
