Scope of Work:
1. Assist Apple Quality Auditor to work out the technical direction and guidance to supplier.
2. Work with Apple Quality Auditor to provide assistances to other Apple functional groups, for Apple
3. Quality Auditing leader to leverage these resources to optimize supplier quality programs.
4. Provide assistance to Apple Quality Auditor in his/her implementation of product quality plan for specific commodities with SQE’s at other sites.
5. Provide supporting documents or data for Apple Quality Auditor to assess supplier production and quality programs.
6. Work with Apple Quality Auditor to provide assistance in monitoring performance and corrective action in FAI process, and CpK process.
7. Assist Apple Quality Auditor to collect statistics of production line, company inspections, and audits, based on which Apple Quality Auditor can monitor supplier performance through these measurements.
8. Help Apple Quality Auditor prepare summary of performance so effective corrective action can be taken by the supplier.
9. Participate in Sustain team and draw up or coordinate PQP for site. Help Apple Quality Auditor leader to coordinate with design engineers and site engineers to determine the process goals for products.
10. Observe the yield improvement efforts of the team.
11. Provide various assistances to the project leader on DOE and the analysis of test data for him to determine outcome
12. Provide support and assistance to enclosure auditing team as instructed by Apple Quality Auditor from time to time.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above, majored in Mech. Engineering
2. 5+ years of experience in a quality role supporting high volume manufacturing of mechanical products
3. Written and verbal communication skills in English.
4. Clear communication and logical thinking
5. Has deep knowledge on quality management system structure, quality procedures, and the application of typical quality tools in quality management practice (e.g. MSA, FA/CA, SPC, Yield Analysis, and etc.)
6. Be familiar with GD&T and have rich experience to apply the knowledges in actual work.
7. Be familiar with typical mechanical mfg. processes and technologies (i.e machining, moulding, stamping, etc.)
8. Has strong data analysis ability, able to utilize data analysis tools to discover the clues of inherence of data
