Job Description:
- Understand Automotive industry Manufacturing processes
- Requirement gathering from a technical standpoint
- Write technical specifications and submit to IM-MES team
- Provide project updates to IM-MES team
- Assist in the deployment of the software for testing and production release
- Assist the Organizational Change department in creating training materials and courses for MES applications
- Trouble-shutting and conduct user to solve the problem
- Provide the yearly training plan for whole BA Asia plants
- Translate training documentation to mandarin
- Network Cutting Room training
- Polo KSK system training

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Information technology, Computer Science or related field
- 1-3 years'experience in supporting software in a manufacturing environment for a mid to large size company is preferred
- Experience in work on project teams or as project leader
- English or German
- MS office
- Experience in ERP system (i.e. SAP, oracle)
- Familiar with SQL database
- Able to create reports using SQL Server Reporting Services or Business Objects/Crystal Reports
- Experience in automotive industry is preferred
- Software development in MS .Net Framework, C/C#, PHP, Java
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to impart ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
- Team work
