工作内容：Job Contents

做好项目的质量、进度、成本、施工管理、进度管理；

逐渐熟悉各种装修材料，熟悉施工工艺及流程，理解设计师意图；

负责施工期间项目各参与方之间的协作沟通；

Familiar with the quality control, process control, cost control and construction management

Familiar with all kinds of the fit-out materials, understand the designer idea;

Communications between all chains, take the initiative.

教育背景Education Background：

相关专业专科以上学历，土建或管理工程类专业优先。

工作经验Work Experience：

5年以上工程工作经验。

5year+ engineering project experience

工作态度Work Attitude：

责任心强、吃苦耐劳，能承受一定的工作压力；

良好的敬业精神和团队合作精神；

良好的沟通、协调能力，有职业道德；

清晰的表达思维、充沛的工作热情。

Self-motivated, hard-working, able to work under pressure;

With professionalism and teamwork;

Strong ability in communication, coordinated, and work ethics

Clear expression, passion for creativity

技能技巧Skills:

全面掌握室内装修相关知识。

熟悉各类工程室内工艺及施工过程中的安全知识。

能够按照领导主管的具体要求和指导原则规定。

与团队成员和主管领导进行有效沟通的能力。

Good knowledge of interior design and related.

Good security knowledge of interior technique and construction.

Ability to follow specific requirements and guidelines set forth by Managers and Leaders.

Ability to communicate effectively with team members and managers.
