Job Description
The successful, seasoned candidate will be an invaluable asset to project/programme
managers and Strategic Programme & Portfolio Director in the coordination of project
management activities throughout the company.

Requirements
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Assist Project/Program Managers in creating schedules
Gather project status and update schedules and budgets
Formally communicate project status updates
Coordinate project meetings and take notes
Create summary reports for senior management and relevant stakeholder
Update the project portfolio with up-to-date information and disseminate on given

scheduled date.
Assist in the activities for all projects in the project portfolio.
Manage the project documents

Skills & Education
Minimum of 2 years of project administration/coordination work.
Effective communication, organisation and time management skills.
Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Bachelor Degree.
Fluent in English and Mandarin

Advantageous
Experience with MS Project
Experience with a scrum development process
Have worked in a healthcare or a medical company
