Responsibilities:
This role is to lead business planning process with strategic partners, and responsible for business reporting and financials.
The role is also to support strategy development, business modeling and performance measurement by implementing analytics methodologies.
Top quality business planning execution (50%)
- Lead efficient business planning process both internally and externally with strategic partners;
- Drive planning execution through project management skills with quality output;
- Build rapport with strategic partners and internal functions;
Top quality business analysis (50%)
- Build financial models for strategic partners to dig out business insights and explore business opportunities;
- Explore market and industrial analysis and reports to facilitate strategy development;
Requirements:
- University graduate or above, preferably in Sales and Marketing
- Over 6 years related experience in insurance or other financial industry; work experience in Strategy and Planning function is an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge in responsible area.
- Excellent excel skill and planning/organizational skills
- Creativity and innovative thinking.
- Good communication capability with proficiency in English and Chinese.
