职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、Issue documents strictly in line with document flowing procedures
按单证流程开具单据,严格把关。
1.1 Issue outbound document according to stock withdraw card, or according to fax or telephone notification
from customers and register in case of absence of stock withdraw card
凭储存卡开出仓单,如无卡出货需凭传真或电话通知，并在登记表上记录；
1.2 Check customers' stock withdraw card carefully and avoid dispatch by fake stock withdraw card
认真审核客户的储存卡,杜绝假冒储存卡出货；
1.3 Control the unused documents and stock withdraw card, prevent loss of blank documents
控制未使用进出库单、储存卡，防止空白单据遗失；
1.4 Revise the outbound document according to the signature of dispatcher, store worker in cold store
and store worker on platform
根据管理人员、仓管员、场管员签名修改出库单；
2、Calculate service fees, issue documents, register and settle service fees strictly in line with stipulated procedure
严格按规定程序做好计费、开票、记账以及统计仓租等工作。
2.1 Key in the inbound and outbound stock information into the WMS accurately, double check the inbound
and outbound documents issued the day before, make corrections in case of any mistakes
准确地将进出货资料存入电脑，并核对上日开出进出仓单数据，发现错漏及时更改追查；
2.2 Key in the operation content (store worker, porter, forklift, etc.) into computers according to operation slips
根据作业单将(仓管员、搬运工、叉车）作业内容输入电脑；
2.3 Submit daily reports and monthly reports on time, print out stock on hand reports on 1st of every month and give to store worker for double check, make corrections in case of any mistakes
按规定日期提交“日报表”、“月报表”；每月一号打印各库存表，交由仓管员对账，发现差错及时追查。
3、Review and keep statistics of operation slips
审核、统计作业单证。
3.1 Keep filing, issue and recycle releasing slips
保管发放、回收放行条，并予以登记存查；
3.2 Sort and bind different documents in a timely way for filing
及时将各种单证整理、装订存查。
4、Finish other assignments from the management
完成上级主管临时交办的其他任务

资历要求：
1.Minimum of 3-year experience in a related administrative role
至少三年的仓库单证工作经验
2.Degree or Diploma in business, accounting or logistics desirable
商务、会计或物流专业
3.The understanding and aptitude to work with computer inventory program
and related software systems
熟悉各类仓库管理系统
4.Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting and coordinating work
within the departments of the business
良好的人际交往能力
5.Strong mathematical and analytical abilities
良好的数据分析能力
6.Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively
