4、 Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock takes and audit of same to verify results. 通过有效管理仓库运营作业流动和盘点、审计等活动，确保库存的准确

5、 Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety conscious behavior. 提高团队安全意识和工作技能

6、 ·Establish, maintain and promote high standards of customer service. 不断改善客户服务水平

7、 Experience working within policies & procedures, and understanding of compliance, in relation to regulatory bodies’ legislation including Food Authority, ISO & HACCP. 严格遵守各项行业程序和标准操作流程

8、 Liaise with drivers, customers and warehouse personnel. 保持与司机、客户和仓库作业人员的有效沟通

9、 Ensure compliance with OHS procedures and practices. 遵守职业健康和安全规范

17、 Train and monitor staff in standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safe work practices, including new employee inductions and tool box talks. 新员工入职培训和在岗技能操作培训

18、 Continuously monitor the performance and activities of the warehouse through the use of KPIs, with a primary focus on cost controls.成本控制，不断改善工作绩效

任职要求:

1.Minimum 3-year experience at Supervisory level within a SME ( not less than 50 staff)

至少三年的仓库管理经验，带领团队50人及以上

2.Degree or Diploma level in business or logistics would be most desirable

大专及以上学历，商务或物流专业优先

3.Technical skills and an aptitude for WMS and related IT system

熟练运作各类仓库管理系统

4.Possess excellent problem solving skills

5.Ability to resolve employee conflicts, problems, and complaints
