1. Basic education: Bachelor Degree or Master Degree / Technical field of study (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Injection Molding)
2. years of exp. / profession: min. 3 years
3. engaged as / function: Design Engineer Plastic parts
4. Special knowledge: Plastic material expert, Injection Mold Flow simulation
5. Experience in design of new products on CAD systems in 2D & 3D / Preferably on CATIA
6. Deep knowledge of plastic materials, plastic and metal injection molding
7. Experience in analyzing designs with Mold flow- and FEM analysis tools (preferably CATIA)
8. Able to use MS office tools
9. Good in English (spoken as well as written)
10. Experience in working as part of x-functional teams, cooperation with suppliers
11. Knowledge of Fiber Optic products/systems (Connectors, cable systems)
12. Communicative, initiative, team player, constant learning, single-handed working attitude, able to work under pressure, able to take decisions within his/her responsibility
