Requirements:
1. Master degree or above, majored in project management or technical field of study
2. A minimum of 3 year experience in project management’s position of a related industry is essential.
3. Experience in leading local- and global x-functional teams
4. Experience in an R+D environment with the ability to communicate effectively between various internal departments, together with H+S Switzerland, Customers and Suppliers at all levels.
5. Good design knowledge in manufacturing technologies for plastic injection molding and/or machining of metallic parts
6. Appreciation of cost management and ability to drive cost reductions initiatives.
7. Knowledge of new product development, engineering, product applications and material- and production process flows
8. Understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems is necessary.
9. Good communication & networking skills (local and global)
10. Fluency in English (Written and oral)
11. Experienced in total cost of ownership thinking
