岗位职责：
1、负责新产品项目的设备、工装夹具的开发；
通过对产品的研究，选择合适的设备，以保证开发设备的安全性和工艺稳定性（MP设计）
准备开发阶段的文件（PFC/PFMEA/LAYOUT)
跟踪协调设备移交生产前的交货调试验收工作
2、改善现有设备/线。

岗 位 资 格 要 求

任职资格：
1、大专以上学历 (工业工程、机械工程、机械自动化等相关专业)，
2、3年以上汽配件公司相关工作经验，
3、2年以上非标机械设备设计经验；
4、熟悉并了解汽配件行业装配工艺；
5、精通CAD制图软件；
6、具备团队合作能力；
7、良好的英语沟通能力。
