Responsibility:

1. Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods.

对制造过程中应用的方法进行开发、评估、改进、提升。

2. Analyzes and plans work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.

对产线人员配置情况，空间站位，工作流程进行分析和计划，设计设备布局及空间站点以达到最高生产效率。

3. Confers with planning and design staff concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.

就产品设计及工装夹具与计划及设计人员协作，确保生产方法合理高效。

4. Confers with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment.

联系供应商，制定产品技术要求，安排设备采购工作。

5. Materials, or parts, and evaluates products according to specifications and quality standards.

根据产品说明书或质量要求就原材料、零部件或产品进行评估。

6. Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions.

对生产时间，人员配置要求或相关成本进行预估并提供相关意见或建议，为管理层作决定提供相关判断的依据。

7. Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.

就生产制造能力，生产排程，以及其他改进生产工艺的相关问题与管理层、工程人员及其他相关人员进行沟通协调。

8. Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.运用统计学方法对将来的制造要求或潜在问题进行预估。

9. Manufactory product line report check & analysis.

对产线报告与工程设计数据进行核对及分析。

10. System assembly issue root cause analysis & push owner for fix plan & action.

对设备安装过程中出现系统问题的根源进行分析，督促相关负责人员拿出解决方案及相应行动方案。

11. Product line test/check methodology improvement and exploration for hardware design new technologies.

针对硬件在设计中新技术的应用，改进及研发产线测试/检查方法。

12. Manufactory assembly key components incoming quality review and assurance

对工程中应用的关键零配件进行复核以确保其质量符合公司要求。

13. Understand and manage basis. (P-1205)

Education and skill requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering with 10 years related experience, be familiar with automotive electronics industry; Master will be preferred;

全日制本科以上学历， 10年以上相关工作经验；熟悉汽车电子行业；硕士优先；

2. At least 6 years MFG experiences in manufacture engineering with 3 years management position experienced; Familiar with Motion analyses method (Predetermined Time Standards) such as WF, MTM, MODAPTS, and MOST etc.

至少6年以上制造工程经验,3年以上管理经验； 熟悉动作分析方法，例如PTS, WF, MTM，MODAPTS以及MOST；

3. Automated Assembly equipment / Knowledge

熟悉自动化装配设备/知识

4. Demonstrated Mechanical drawing and design

具备较强的机械制图和设计能力

5. Electrical machine control knowledge /ex. PLC etc.

电机控制知识，例如PLC等

6. SMT line Experience

具备一定的SMT生产线经验
