Main responsibilities
1. Maintain and set up supplier relationships, communicate efficiently and if needed resolve supplier issues independently and proactively
2. Evaluate potential new suppliers and manage the overall supplier qualification process to ensure suppliers are complying with the company standards, conduct on-boarding of new suppliers
3. (Re-)Negotiate prices & terms and enforce supplier contracts
4. Select, propose and source new products in cooperation with other departments
5. Conduct benchmarking for your product categories
6. Prepare, organize and execute product uploads in ERP and Drupal, secure a 100% data accuracy and exceptionally high quality of work
7. Manage new product launching & on time going live process of products
8. Monitor and update sales prices
9. Maintain and complete the product catalogue
10. Define and conduct product & ambient photo shootings
11. Ensure quality of all product graphics, both internal and external
12. Provide on-the-job training and coaching to junior team members

Qualifications
1. Strong supplier & product management skills
2. Experience in a supplier & product management related environment
3. Experience in data base management and CMS software
4. Deep understanding of the Chinese consumer market
5. Advanced MS-Office User, especially experienced with Excel
6. SEO experience is a plus
7. Strong ability to interact effectively with colleagues and suppliers
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
9. Fluent in English and Mandarin
10. Organized and detail-oriented
11. Out-going character: takes initiative and solves problems independently and proactively
12. Comfortable in multi-tasking, juggling multiple projects and working with deadlines

岗位职责
1. 建立并维护供应商关系，有效沟通，并主动独立解决和供应商相关的问题。
2. 评估潜在供应商，负责供应商资格考评过程，确保供应商符合公司标准，负责新供应商的选用。
3. 与供应商的价格谈判&条款，合同落实。
4. 与其他部门合作，开发新产品。
5. 对产品类别进行标准管理。
6. 组织实施ERP和Drupal系统的产品上传，保证上传信息的准确。
7. 管理新产品发布，按时保证产品上线。
8. 监督及更新销售价格
9. 对产品类别进行维护。
10. 定义及管理产品&外界图片摄影
11. 确保产品图绘质量
12. 上岗培训及负责团队初级成员的指导

岗位要求
1. 拥有强大的项目&客户经理管理经验
2. 有产品管理以及相关的环境方面的工作经验
3. 有基本的数据处理能力，CMS software能力为佳
4. 对中国消费市场有深入的理解
5. 能熟练应用MS-Office
6. 有SEO经验者优先
7. 有较强的沟通能力（同事，供应商）
8. 能说流利英语和中文
9. 较强的组织协调能力，注重细节
10. 性格活泼：主动并有能独立的处理解决问题的能力
11. 在规定的期限内能同时完成多项任务
