岗位描述
? 分析生活及设计类产品流行信息，判断市场销售的流行趋势；
? 负责公司新商品规划和采购，包括款式挑选、买货数量等；
? 把握时尚潮流，流行触觉敏锐，有较好的审美素养，对于生活类产品及设计师品牌有独特见解；
? 熟悉国内外各大生活类及设计类用品的品牌及生产工厂；
? 直接参与（与厂商、代理商、供应商）商品的成品选款、议价询价；
? 不断开发以上产品品类的商品种类；
? 负责相关商品的分类和调整，制定运营规则并执行；
? 了解消费者群体，提升商品经营能力，提高成交额，提升商品品质，引导采购做出判断和选择；

经验要求：

? 至少3年以上上贸易及对应产品品类采购或者营运工作经验；
? 对设计/创意/生活用品/家具/生活行业线下线上的供应链、零售有相关经验、了解消费者需求，并有若干成功案例；
? 有一定的数据分析能力和文字功底，掌握行业知识，了解行业动态；
? 拥有良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力，有积极解决各种难题的能力；
? 逻辑思维能力强，具有良好项目计划能力和文字表达能力；
? 有电子商务、贸易、零售企业以及品牌公司工作经验或者运营经验者优先考虑;
? 具备以上所涉及产品品类的成品采购资源；

Job description
? Analysis popular information of life and design products popular, to justify the fashion trend of the market.
? Responsible for planning and sourcing new products, include style selection, amounts planning, etc.;
? Good understand on fashion trend, sensitive touch on popular, good aesthetic qualities, unique insight on life products and designer brands;
? Familiarity with major domestic and international lifestyle and design products brand and plants;
? Directly involved the models selecting, bargaining inquiry (with the manufacturers, distributors, suppliers) finished goods selected models, bargaining inquiry;
? Continue to develop more kinds of category goods.
? Responsible for related products sorts and adjustments, draft the operating rules and perform.
? Understand consumer groups, improve merchandise business capacity, increase turnover, improving product quality, leading wise judgments and choices on sourcing.
Requirements:
? At least three years’ experience in trading and sourcing/operating on related product category.
? Experience with Design / Creative / household items / furniture / life industry, understand the supply chain online and offline, retail of the industry, good understanding of customer requirements, and already accomplished some successful cases.
? Analysis and writing skills needed, good understand of the industry and future trend.
? Good at communication and team-work, ability to solve problems.
? Good logical thinking capability, good project planning capabilities.
? Experience with trading/E-commerce/retail/ Brands background is preferred. Experience with operating background is preferred.
? Have related category sourcing source for finished products.
