The main purpose of the position is to achieve the maximum contribution to Marine team for the specific product range by:
? Optimizing the product (Market Unit) in sales.
? Ensuring that the Business Manager has the right information to be able to develop & maintain an adequate portfolio of products and services to ensure continuous growth and profitability.
? Ensuring that the Business Manager has the right information in order to consolidate ideas & requirements into market demand specifications.

Responsibilities:

Pricing
Providing input for target and alarm prices as well as “below alarm request”.

Product Range/Product Care
Providing proposals to Business Managers

Time To Market
Identifying business opportunities, proposing input for the segment´s TTM-process, proposing sales tools and participating in product launches

Business Support
Provide adequate training and manage day-to-day support

Order-to-Delivery
Centrally manage and supervise regional projects to ensure quality and future sales

Process development
Participate in development of processes that will increase quality and sales

Requirements:

Competencies/ Profile:
? Strong commercial orientation
? Ability to motivate others
? Ability to build and maintain relationships
? Open-minded and flexible

Qualifications & experience:
? University degree or similar in either engineering or marketing and some years’ experience from international marketing and sales.
? Preferably also marine experience
