Responsibilities:
? Implement and maintain quality system, solve product quality issue in time, ensure product and service quality meeting customer requirements 贯彻执行并维护质量体系，及时处理在产品质量问题，保证产品和服务质量满足客户需求
? Assist to implement quality system and supplier audit, and track correct actions according to the plan. Be responsible for supplier’s production quality management. Use suitable quality improvement tools and promote in workplace, to improve quality control 按计划协助实施质量体系及供应商审核并跟踪改进措施，负责支持供应商对生产的产品质量管理，使用适当的质量改进工具并进行大力推广，促进质量控制方面的改进
? Provide product quality inspection instruction and control documents 制定产品质量方面的检验和控制文件
? Product quality training and audit for workers 对工人进行质量相关培训并对其审核
? Make and implement product audit policy, continuously improves product technical process 制定并执行产品审核制度，持续提高产品工艺
? Coordinate relate departments or person to deal with manufacture quality issues onsite in time现场质量问题的协调工作
? Take the other task from quality manager 质量经理布置的其他任务

Competencies, experience and attitudes to do the job 岗位所需技能、经验及态度:
Knowledge:
? Bachelor Degree or above, major in Mechanical, Engineering or related field preferred. 本科或以上学历，机械、工程和相关专业优先。
? Above 3 years work experience in quality related function, automotive industry experience preferred. 3年以上质量工作经验，汽车行业优先。
? Be familiar with mechanical machining process.

Skills:
? Fluent written and spoken English;
? Quality management knowledge including: ISO9001, TS16949, control plan, 6Sigma, DAMIC, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP etc. 6Sigma certification preferred 质量管理知识, 包括ISO9001, TS16949, control plan, 6Sigma, DAMIC, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP等, 6sigma 证书优先

Attitude:
? Team Work and good communication skill.
