Job Description
European retailer is looking for a Merchandiser focused on their kids department. The candidate will be located in Shanghai in the sourcing office and will report directly to the Merchandiser.
His main responsibility will be to follow, support and coordinate the workflow and priorities settled by the department.

Responsibilities include:
· Do all the admin job like documents filing, data putting in ERP system, parcel collection and arrangement, etc.
· Assist Merchandiser in sourcing of product and suppliers
· Assist Merchandiser in Negotiation of price, terms and conditions if necessary
· Fluent and daily communication with suppliers and buyer if needed.
· Assist Merchandiser in watching closely the order process from sourcing to shipment
Skills & Experience
Required Experience/skills:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Fluent in English (oral & written)
· Mastering Reporting tools (Excel, Word, PP, etc..)
· With the passion and good feeling for fashion in textiles
· Interested with children's and babies garments
Appreciated Experienced/Skills: (not compulsory)
· Preferable knowing European market or previous European company.
· Major in English/Spanish/Business or Textiles is preferred.
