Responsibilities:

? Create a Health & Safety culture of awareness and collaboration within the business environment. Build a close working relationship with the business units as well as Corporate Health, Safety and Security.

? Deploy and drive auditing process to adhere to standards

? Drive Health & Safety values into the business activities thereby promoting a process of innovation and a “safety first” culture

? Ensuring that a corrective action process, which includes tracking and reporting, is in place for safety concerns, non-conformances, compliance findings and improvement objectives

? Conduct on-site safety inspections in conjunction with Corporate Project Safety and Security Officer and Site Safety personnel

? Managing the onsite security guards team and prevention to ticket scalpers.

? Liaison with respective governmental agencies to assist and resolve security issues and breaches.

Requirements:

? Academic degree with relevant major working experience in engineering environment

? 5 years above site based Health, Safety and Security experience in a MNC environment

? Deep knowledge in the entertainment business of Health and Safety and Security

? Good command of English in both written and oral communication

    默林娱乐集团是全球顶级的水族馆运营商，旗下的SEA LIFE品牌全球排名第一，在欧洲、美国、亚洲和澳洲的28个地点广泛分布着40个景点和保护区。我们设立保护区的目的是为了改善我们所关爱的生物的生存环境，而默林从事自然保护区维护建设已经有50多年了。同时，默林在英国运营了一个世界标准级的动物园，并在意大利和德国建立了两处海洋生物护理中心。我们与全世界的专业海洋组织有着密切的联系，同时，近期已发起了海洋生物之海洋保护慈善信托基金来协助并促进我们开发更具挑战性的项目。上海长风海洋世界将于今年正式加入Sea Life品牌。

2. 上海杜莎夫人蜡像馆
