主要职责：
1.严格按照作业指导规范操作，确保产品质量，安全
2.团队合作精神
3.根据订单合理安排人员，完成所分配任务
4.对线上操作人员进行作业及技术指导，培训
5.协调其它部门相关人员处理生产中出现的质量异常，突发状况
6.对线上操作人员进行沟通了解他们工作及生活上的状况；与其它班组人员保持团队合作
7.记录及对员工的表现进行评估
8.保持现场的干净，整洁
9.领导及调动团队提高生产效率，降低生产成本
10.确保物料的使用按先进后出的原则
11.及时，准确向主管汇报生产状况及生产中出现的问题
12.确保操作员遵守生产及公司规章制度
13.完成主管交给的其它任务


岗位要求：
1.中专或技校以上学历
2.诚实，吃苦耐劳
3.有团队合作精神
4.有相关背景，机械或电子背景，头脑灵活
5.有基础5S管理经验，了解lean的概念，有一定的管理技能，能管理10人左右
6.2年及以上工作经历
