职位描述
Purpose of position职位目的
This position is responsible to provide coordination of the acitivities for TTM/relocation and other projects of ADS/P88 within supply chain. Plans, implements and monitors a range of activities to ensure that our projects are on time and undercontrol that we achieve or even overachieve all our targets (e.g. time, quality, costs, etc.)

Core Accountabilities主要职责
1.Defining product specific supply concepts and drive operative MaB decisions, coordination of parts availability in terms of time and quality.
2.Ensuring transparency during INP process for total supply chain product cost (TCOO)
3.Management of supply teams, setting up of sub-teams for modules and assemblies
4.Driving design to cost, influence technical concept and product design
5.Tracking of supply project progress within manufacturing, sourcing and design
6. Securing updated technical documentation for suppliers and plants
7. Coordination of project activities within supply chain, make sure that all requests from the project team are taking into consideration (e.g. documentation). Think pro-actively about possible problems and discuss them with the involved parties.
8. Finding best supply solutions using known supply structure and new opportunities in collaboration with the strategic sourcers
Additional Activities其他职责:
1.Be able to identify supply market opportunities and make use of them during the development phase of new products
2.Be able to balance the technical and commercial requirements in a project
3.Be able to identify non-conventional solutions and is able to defend these against other stakeholders
4.Be able to utilize the resources to achieve the defined targets
5.Be able to initiate the COGS projects w. supply managers and realize the initiatives with the support from development.
6.Implements projects, monitors progress and takes corrective actions/crisis management if needed
7.Works hard but is fun to work with
8.Is strong at building relationships/networks with colleagues and suppliers from different cultures

Minimum Experience & Qualifications岗位要求:
1.Has a technical university degree
2.Has minimum 5 years experience in Engineering and/or Supply chain management
3.Has additional supply market experience, preferably international
4.Has project management experience, preferably on TTM-projects
5.Be able to negotiate and write in English and Chinese
6.Understands TTM & Supply chain process
7.Skillful of ERP/SAP/Microsoft office 2000
8.Teamwork spirit
