工作内容：
1. 对店铺的重要指标做出专业的数据分析及平时做好行业的数据的采集、评估与分析,不断优化调整店铺推广工作;
2.定期优化产品,例如:产品标题、关键词、人气排名等;
3.对网上店铺的IP、PV、销量、跳出率、地域分布、转化率等做出专业的数据
4. 制订天猫网站，淘宝网店运营推广计划，制定爆款计划、活动策划.
任职资质：
1.年龄：20-35岁，性别：不限；
2.有天猫或淘宝电商运营工作经验3年以上；
3.熟悉淘宝搜索引擎优化,熟练掌握淘宝营销工具 ( 直通车、 淘客 、淘江湖 、 钻石展位、聚划算等 ) 及网站日常建设与运营。
