职位描述：

1. 利用相关集成电路辅助设计软件提取芯片电路；
2. 利用相关集成电路辅助设计软件分析芯片电路；
3. 负责团队内部的集成电路设计知识与技能的交流与培训；

职位要求：

1. 微电子或电子工程相关专业本科或者硕士学历；
2. 熟悉模拟集成电路及数字集成电路原理；
3. 熟悉RF电路原理，有设计经验者优先；
4. 了解Cadence使用方法；
5. 英语4级以上，能够顺利阅读英文资料，口语熟练者优先；
6. 工作态度严谨踏实，具有较强的敬业精神和团队合作精神；


Job Description:

1. Extract the IC schematics with the related IC-aided design software;
2. Analyze the IC schematics with the related IC-aided design software;
3. Responsible for the internal communication and training of IC design knowledge and skill;

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor or master of microelectronics or electronics engineering;
2. Familiar with the principle of both analog and digital integrated circuits;
3. Familiar with the principle of RF circuits, the related design experience is preferred;
4. Know the method to use Cadence;
5. CET 4 or more, good skill at reading English, good oral English is preferred;
6. Be rigorous and practical at work, with strong commitment and good communication skill;
