Essential Responsibilities

? Embedded firmware product code development, debug, release and maintenance for automation control system based on various embedded processors (ARM, PowerPC and x86 etc.)

? Communication protocol and structure definition and development for control systems

? Integration of the control algorithm, digital signal process, IO functions and sensor interface of the system

? Lead firmware design projects that involve logic, embedded software and algorithm

? Contributes to application problem solving and root cause analysis

? Transfer knowledge and then delegate tasks to their team members

? Adequately document engineering designs and follow ISO quality control procedures

Qualifications/Requirements

? Bachelor degree or above in Embedded Control/Real-time Control Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or automation control with 5+ years of work experience

? Strong expertise and solid experience in real-time embedded control software development and debug with C++

? Strong experience in software and firmware product code validation and version control ? Strong experience in industrial field bus, such as Hart, Profibus and TCP/IP

? Strong experience in embedded processor, such as ARM, PowerPC, DSP and x86

? Rich experience in R&D (research and development) project management

? Team player with strong communication & interpersonal skills

? Good written and oral English skills

? Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix organization

? Good English and Chinese written & verbal communication skills

Desired Characteristics

Have experience to develop DCS/DEH IO products, field bus IO products, PLC product.
