Essential Responsibilities:
1. ? Understand strategies for assigned commodities and proactively take actions to meet cost, quality, service, and availability objectives.
2. ? Identify, develop & qualify suppliers in China and other Asian countries to support Low Cost Region outsourcing strategies.
3. ? Assess supplier capabilities and make recommendations on supplier acceptability.
4. ? Responsible for supplier management; Responsible for Year over Year (YOY) deflation with suppliers as well as quality and services.
5. ? Effective communication with product managers and supply chain team for effective project execution.
6. ? Work closely with Technology, Quality and EHS team in CTC and joint ownership and project execution.

Qualifications/Requirements:
1. ·? BS Engineering or Management.
2. ? Experience in appliance, electrical/electronic, or similar industries (3 years) Sourcing and manufacturing experience highly desirable.
3. ? Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively & independently.
4. ? Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Proficiency in computer skills.
5. ? Willing to Travel and join evening calls .
6. ? Good team player and quick learner.
7. ? Have Passion and "Can-Do- Attitude".
