Title: Chief Engineer/R&D Engineer/Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:
? Design of transmission lines, Antennas, RF connectors and accessories for cellular base station applications.
? Preparation of drawings.
? Define new and adopt existing test procedures and test specifications for product qualification related to mechanical, electrical, RF and environmental specifications for transmission line and accessories.
? Prepare suitable qualification plans together with the local quality organization based on product requirements and relevant standards.
? Perform electrical and mechanical qualification testing in internal lab
? Review qualification testing at sub-suppliers and external labs.
? Analyse test results and prepare recommendations for product approval.
? Support sales and product management with regard to technical requests concerning products.

Requirements:
? Graduated from a University in electrical engineering.
? Expertise in RF and microwave technology, especially transmission lines.
? Expertise in 3D design software, such as solidworks, etc. appreciated
? Expertise in ALT and HALT tests is appreciated.
? Fluent English.
? IT: MS Office, MS-Project.
? High flexibility and competency in problem solving.
? Open communication and ability to work in projects with team members from different nationalities.
? Business trips to suppliers
