职位描述
岗位职责：
1、 根据公司的人力需求制定人员招聘计划，及时了解与分析公司内外的人力资源状况；
2、 负责招聘广告的撰写、发布等相关事务；
3、 组织和实施人员的招聘面试、书面及专业等综合测试；
4、 进行公司各岗位招聘JD、《职位说明书》、招聘试题库的更新与完善；
5、 进行员工入、离职及试用期管理；
6、 更新、维护E-HR系统及相关HR表单；
7、 协助上级处理员工关系、劳动关系的协调与相关问题；
8、 协助上级进行与集团、各内地项目、公司各部门的联络工作,并完成所需各项资料；
9、 上级交办的其它工作。
应聘要求：
1、 大学本科或以上学历，良好的英语沟通能力；
2、 2年以上招聘或相关人力资源工作经验，熟悉人员招聘、招退工、劳动合同管理等HR事务；
3、 熟悉国家和地方劳动法规、薪酬福利政策；
4、 良好的沟通协调能力，认真细致、思维敏捷、条理清晰；
5、 优秀的办公软件应用能力，良好的数据分析能力。
