职位描述
MISSION:
To successfully implement sales growth plans in accordance with overall division objectives. Develop and grow strong customer relationships at the highest levels within the customer organizations. Increase market share and ensure that pricing is in accordance with division gross margin objectives
Detailed description of responsibilities:
- Achieve or exceed China operation commercial sales objectives
- Develop new markets and obtain incremental sales
- Meet deadline of required reporting to hierarchical manager
- Manage and develop the relationships of all OEM, Distributor, bodybuilder and end user clients
-Coordinate and work closely with engineering projects to ensure good communication and successful product launch
- Develop and execute specific contracts for customers
- Be fully aware of all competitive activity
- Ensure timely collection of all customer account receivables
- Keep updated market share information on retarders in the total market and update all OEM vehicle build data
- Work closely with the legislative development bodies existing in China
Background required :
- Good experience of Truck End user in sale's operation & development.
- Minimum experience to deal with technical matter.
工作职责：
开发和管理所有卡车OEM厂家，分销商和终端用户以完成公司的销售目标；
开发新的市场以获得销售的持续增长；
与技术部协作确保与客户良好的沟通和产品的成功投放市场；
密切注意竞争对手的商业动向；
随时保持缓速器新市场占有率信息的更新及OEM汽车构造数据的更新。
要求：
在卡车终端用户的销售方面有至少3年以上的经验。
熟悉卡车技术，特别是卡车底盘技术。
