SUMMARY
To effectively plan, manage, and track all elements of a program (The definition, development, financial
performance, validation, launch, and continuous improvement phases of a product cycle).
Work with other departments for resource planning and task prioritization.
Manage customer requests to a timely resolution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Assist with quotation development/establish and maintain agreed scope and statements of work.
· Plan and manage all program deliverables related to assigned programs.
· Responsible for the execution of the IRS Product Realization Process (PRP) for individual development programs in China.
· Predict and resolve resource conflicts with functional managers.
· Maintain P & L accountability and ownership with the use of program PCF's (Project Control Form).
· Foster ownership in project teams by defining and tracking measurable for success.
· Primary customer contact-communicate project status and coordination of open issues.
· Generate team commitment and ensure APQP and simultaneous engineering principles are followed.
· Execute LRR (Launch Readiness Review) process in cooperation with Operations management as programs
transition to launch phase and start of production.
· Follow and continuously improve program management system, contract review and APQP processes.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Supervises no one at this time.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from university (engineering degree preferred).
At least three years working experience in Program Management;
together with at least 3 years experience in Product Design, Manufacturing Process, Quality and Materials which
has given equivalent knowledge of Project Management tools, techniques and cross functional team structure.
A minimum of six years combined auto industry experience at OEM supply base.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of top managers and customers.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of
plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only
limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral,
diagram or schedule form.
