Job Description:
Lead in design, proposal and delivery of SAP WM/MM, to do both - concept & realisation
Help client to design the regional template, and roll out to other countries
Development business requirements, documenting requirements are appropriate and translating them into conceptual technical requirements
Provide pre-sales support, assist in reviewing proposals, client engagement, product/solution demonstration, estimates etc.
Experience in wide varieties of industry practices such as Life Sciences, Retail, Consumer Goods
Be fully responsible for project plan, project status control and communication with high level client management
Be fully responsible for project change management, risk management and quality management

Language requirement: Japanese and English

Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or higher in business or IT
strong implementation experience of SAP projects in WM
5 years' experience of implementing SAP WM functionality, 3 full cycle implementation projects as WM consultant
Knowledge in WM strategies configuration, handling units, mobile Data entry, layout sets, WM-QM interface, WM-PP interface
MM experience is a plus
Experience in processes and integration for SAP ERP ECC is a plus
Very strong communication skills and be able to communicate with high level management roles of client, such as CFO, COO and even CEO
Very strong leadership and coordination skills, and be able to drive both consultant and client team to achieve goals on schedule
Be familiar with SAP implementation methodology
Be familiar with change management, risk management and quality management
