职位描述
Position: Program buyer
Responsibility:
l To support company new program development and launch, set up program purchasing development process, including program sourcing schedule, program BOM cost management, program sourcing issues tracking and management.
l Work with program team to review BOM for new program sourcing, and deploy and coordinate commodity sourcing initiatives with sourcing engineers in line with program sourcing schedule.
l Organize and review BOM cost and capital investment against cost target, analyze BOM cost and take actions with sourcing engineers.
l Coordinate purchasing department and program department for program sourcing requests
l Organize program purchasing meeting with program team to monitor program purchasing status including schedule, BOM, drawing, TRF, cost, sampling and SOP etc.
l Support commodity sourcing actions if need
l Study, compare and improve BOM cost to achieve program cost competitive against competitors in the market.
Requirements:
l Bachelor degree with engineering or mechanical
l Above 3 years of experience in commodity sourcing in automotive industry, plus 2 years experience of program purchasing management
l Familiar with forging, foundry/ die casting, machining, stamping etc.
l Familiar with TS16949 system, and ERP purchasing system
l Skilled at English capability for both of written and oral
l Good communication, coordination and negotiation skill
l Good ability of problem solving and teamwork
l Strong team work, responsible, time-oriented.
