Key Responsibilities
？ Develop Product Profile
？ Design and Develop Formula
？ Complete required bench work
？ Conduct preliminary testing
？ Creates Marketing submission
？ Base formula, final testing and commercialization
？ Release formula and information flow
？ Support continued development


Requirements
？ B.S. or higher degree in chemistry or related science.
？ Minimum of 3 years experience in cosmetic formulation and product.
？ Ability to handle many projects simultaneously within extremely short timelines.
？ Good written and oral communication skills.
？ Fully bilingual in Chinese and English.
