Title: Account Manager/Senior Account Manager

Job Content
- Identify and prospect potential clients for employee benefits related business;
- Be responsible for and complete the target set by the supervisor;
- Discuss the products, services, and insurance requirements of each particular client;
- Negotiate with clients and insurance company about the details of insurance arrangement with the assistance from our support team;
- Monitor the profitability of accounts;
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor degree or above, major in HR, medical or insurance;
- 7 years in insurance industry and among them with 4 years’ experience in sales;
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Good command of both written and spoken English;
- Proficient in Windows system and MS office;
- Profound knowledge in operation procedure of insurance company;
- Extensive connections in insurance industry;
Key Capabilities:
- Outstanding capability in sales and marketing;
- Good at analyzing, planning, communicating and listening;
- Good at organizing and project management;
